Advanced Program in Strategic Human Resource Management, APHRM - Advanced Program in Strategic Human Resource Management- a course that will sharpen your skills and elevate your knowledge, without you taking time off from office,
Eligibility & Selection
Graduates (10+2+3 or equivalent) / students with a post graduation degree (10+2+3+2 or equivalent) in any discipline, with at least 8 years of experience are eligible for this program.
Participants would be selected on the basis of the details submitted in the application forms and statement of purpose submitted along with their application form.
The Institute
International Management Institute, Delhi is the country's first corporate sponsored B-school with sponsorship from corporate houses like RPG Enterprises, Nestle, ITC, SAIL, Tata Chemicals, etc. IMI was established in 1981, in collaboration with IMI Geneva (now IMD, Lausanne).
Program Duration
The duration of the program is one year. Two intensive workshop of 3 days each will be conducted at IMI campus.
