VITEEE 2027: Updated B.Tech Entrance Exam Guide, Eligibility and Application Steps
VITEEE is conducted for undergraduate engineering admission to the VIT group of institutions. The 2027 dates and rules were not announced on the verification date.
What this exam or admission route is
Applicants use a common VITEEE application, take the test at an allotted centre and then participate in rank-based online counselling. Campus and programme availability depend on the counselling phase and rank.
Who can apply
Check the 2027 information bulletin for nationality, age/date-of-birth rule, qualifying-exam subjects, minimum aggregate and rules for PCM/PCB candidates. Biology-stream applicants may be eligible only for specified bio-related programmes.
Exam or selection structure
- Mathematics or Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Aptitude and English
- Computer-based test; only one appearance was allowed in the 2026 cycle

- Complete payment, photograph/signature upload and application confirmation
- Book a slot, download the admit card and later participate in counselling
Preparation and planning
Build strong Class 11–12 fundamentals, practise mixed-topic MCQs and work on speed without blind guessing. The negative-marking rule should be reconfirmed for 2027 before deciding an attempt strategy.

- Class 10 certificate for name and date of birth
- Qualifying-examination marksheets and certificate
- Recent photograph, signature and valid photo ID
- Category, EWS, PwD, domicile or experience certificate, where applicable
