SNAP is the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test used by participating Symbiosis institutes for postgraduate management admission. SNAP registration and programme applications must both be completed where required.
What this exam or admission route is
Candidates select and pay for SNAP test attempts and separately pay/register for the Symbiosis institute programmes they want. A SNAP score alone may not place a candidate in every programme’s selection pool.
Who can apply
A recognised bachelor’s degree and programme-specific requirements apply. Final-year and international candidates should follow the official rules for result submission and equivalence.

Preparation and planning
SNAP is speed intensive. Use short timed sets, practise mental arithmetic and develop a clear attempt order before full mocks.
Documents to keep ready
- Class 10 certificate for name and date of birth
- Qualifying-examination marksheets and certificate
- Recent photograph, signature and valid photo ID
- Category, EWS, PwD, domicile or experience certificate, where applicable
- Application confirmation, fee receipt, admit card and scorecard
