GUJCET is used in Gujarat’s admission framework for notified engineering and pharmacy programmes. The entrance form and ACPC admission registration are separate steps.
What this exam or admission route is
Applicants take the GUJCET paper and then participate in the state admission process, where merit preparation may also use qualifying-examination marks under current rules.
Who can apply
The 2027 booklet will define Gujarat candidature, board/subject requirements, minimum marks and rules for candidates from different boards or categories.
Exam or selection structure
- Physics and Chemistry with Mathematics for engineering candidates
- Physics and Chemistry with Biology for pharmacy candidates, as applicable
- Language, duration and marking must be confirmed from the 2027 booklet

- Download hall ticket and take the paper
- Register separately with ACPC for admission

Preparation and planning
Study the Gujarat/recognised Class 12 science syllabus, practise objective papers and coordinate board-exam preparation with GUJCET revision.
Documents to keep ready
- Class 10 certificate for name and date of birth
- Qualifying-examination marksheets and certificate
- Recent photograph, signature and valid photo ID
- Category, EWS, PwD, domicile or experience certificate, where applicable
- Application confirmation, fee receipt, admit card and scorecard
