BITSAT 2016 Eligibility Criteria
Its always good to go through the eligibility criteria before applying for it. Following are the BITSAT 2016 eligibility criteria:-
For admissions in B-Tech and B-Arch: The candidate appearing for the exam must have cleared the 12th or its equivalent from any of the central or state recognized Board. The candidate must have cleared his 12th with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. A requisite understanding of English is compulsory.
For admissions in B-Pharma: The candidate appearing for the exam must have cleared the 12th or its equivalent from any of the central or state recognized Board. A requisite understanding of English is compulsory.
However candidates from PMC background willing to take admissions in B-Pharma can also apply.
Apart of the above listed criteria, the candidate must have cleared his 12th
exams with an aggregate percentage of 75 in Physics, Chemistry and
Mathematics/Biology; the candidate must have obtained a minimum of 60
percentages individually in subjects like English, Mathematics, Biology
and Chemistry. At last the admissions in the college depends on the
marks obtained in BITSAT.
Candidates
who all have cleared there exams in 2015 and students who passed in 2014
only are allowed to sit for this exam. Students studying in any
stream/campus of BITS are not allowed to appear for BITSAT.
BITSAT Direct Admissions
Candidates
who have topped in any of the State or Board exams are liable to a
direct admission to the college. They will have the privilege to select
their stream and campus according to their assessment of the college and
the career they want to intake.
BITSAT 2016 Application Form:
If you find yourself eligible the next step is to fill in the application form. You can do so by following the enlisted steps:Step 1: You will firstly have to visit the site www.bitsadmision.com to acquire the BITSAT 2016 application form and then will have to fill the form and pay the requisite amount of the application.
Step 2: A print out of the final form must be taken out.
Male candidates are bound to pay a sum of Rs 2090 as fees while Female candidates will have to pay a sum of Rs 1590/-.

In 2015, the 3 hour objective-type test, divided in 4 parts, consisted of 150 questions of 1 mark each, taking the total marks to 150. While every correct answer carried 3 marks, 1 mark was deducted on each wrong attempt.

If you select any center within India, you can give three preferences, while if you choose Dubai as a center, you will not be asked for any other center preference.The final list of centers in India and operating days at each center in India and Dubai will be announced only after all the applications are received. Therefore, you can choose the date for the test as per accessibility and availability of slots in any of these centers. For providing admissions to Integrated First Degree Programmes, BITSAT Online Tests will be conducted across around 50 cities of India including campuses of BITS located in Pilani, Goa, Hyderabad and Dubai.

You will be able to download BITSAT 2016 Admit Card, also known as hall ticket, by third to last week of April, 2016 (tentative).
